[Hugs-users] WinHugs beta 3

Hi,

I'm ready for a new beta of WinHugs, the 3rd beta since I started this.

Features:
* Works on Windows 98
* A few corner cases of minimizing and exiting were fixed
* Support for \0 in files and on the console
* Faster and more accurate error printing
* Failure to start is now more explicit
* Some really minor tweaks

I think its now in a release ready state, but I'm sure someone else
will find something wrong with it. If no one runs into any problems,
then I'm ready to suggest this for a full Hugs release.
