Hello,

I figured I'd respond to your call for volunteers and sign up.  My
experience with compilers so far is limited to playing with binding
time analysis and partial evaluation, but I'm eager to expand that.

Does jhc have a bug tracking thing, wiki, or something of the like at
the moment?
