Abstract Collections vs. FunDeps

It forces types with parameters where they might not be desirable.
For example if we have "Collection c e" class instead of "Collectio ce e",
we can't make the PackedString type its instance. We must give it a
dummy parameter, always instantiated to Char.

I once tried to design collection classes and failed.
