I've included the full HXml Toolbox with my modifications here;  very few

Changes include:
Replaced copy of HTTP directory with copy from 
http://www.dtek.chalmers.se/~d00bring/haskell-xml-rpc/, and small changes 
to Browser.hs and HTTP.hs:

Replaced POpen with Win32 version:
   http://www.ninebynine.org/Software/HaskellUtils/HXmlToolbox-3.01/popen/
Changes to XmlInput.hs:

Changes to RunTestCases.hs:
