where to put project pages on haskell wiki?

Generally all projects, concepts and so forth should be at the top 
level, it makes things easier to find and link to. But feel free to use 
hierarchy a particular project. For instance,  from page "GHC", [[/FAQ]] 
links to "GHC/FAQ".
