It occurs to me that it's called "mtl" but will be exporting "monads-fd",
leaving confusion as to whether "mtl" competes with, supersedes, is
superseded by, or is unrelated to "transformers".  If "mtl" exports
"monads-fd", then the latter is the case... but is that true?  Which is the
point.
