What about (.:)*? Just looking at Hayoo quickly, at least half a dozen
libraries seem to have defined it and it's a permanent feature on lambdabot.
*(.:) :: (c -> d) -> (a -> b -> c) -> a -> b -> d
(.:) = (.) (.) (.)
