<div dir="ltr">The <a href="mailto:libraries@haskell.org">libraries@haskell.org</a> maintainer listing is pretty well entrenched, but we could switch it to <a href="mailto:core-libraries-committee@haskell.org">core-libraries-committee@haskell.org</a>, which would allow end users to raise issues without being subscribed to the list.<div>

I tend to agree that this should be fixed.</div>
