[Xmonad] An intro to installing and configuring xmonad

I've written a shorter into to building, installing and configuring
xmonad. Now available:

It also attempts to compare and contrast with the dwm/wmii family of
wms, ion and the ratpoison family. If I've made any factual errors, or
missed important points, do let me know.
