[Xmonad] fisheye layouts, anyone?

Ah yes, of course.

I've done a draft rewrite of the StackSet module, which breaks the focus
and tiled layers into separate Stacks. The code is a bit gunky, so I'll
be coming back to it in the next few days (meant to do it today, but
couldn't muster the courage).

Once that is in place, layouts will get the stack, and you can find
focus easily.
