[Xmonad] Insert window before, insert window after, votes ?

I agree, althought it depends : when I launch a terminal, I'd like it
to popup immediately, but when I launch iceweasel/claws/etc., I don't
want them to interfere. I think an option in the Config file would be a
good idea anyway.
