[Xmonad] incorrect mouse cursor in some apps

It's not a bug, you just have to set your cursor at start up :)

I've got an xmonad-session script that starts up xmonad with a load of
other stuff.  What I'm doing to fix the cursor is:

/usr/bin/xsetroot -cursor_name left_ptr

Which looks worlds better than the bit X  :)
