[xmonad] xmonad user survey!

Regarding tagging, I'd love to see someone interested in tagging step up
and add a tagging extension in the contrib library, AFAIK, the support 
in the core is sufficient to allow this.

Could a couple of developers interested in this collaborate to get
something produced?
