I've got the same problem Giorgio Luciani has.

When I work I usually have a gedit window and a urxvt terminal open in 
the same
workspace. And at random times, when I write on the terminal nothing 
happens, like
someone else get my focus. Clicking on it doesn't work either.

I just mod+C to close the terminal and restart urxvt.

As soon as I find a way to reproduce it, I'll post.
