[xmonad] Selecting xinerama screen with mouse-follow

are you using the darcs version? sjanssen did some work on that last
October. If not, please test these patches.

Back then, I was having a two screen xinerama setup, and I thought I had
some more issues. If the darcs version does not work for you, you can
try to apply these patches:

(I’m not sure if they still apply cleanly)
