[xmonad] patch: Unicode fix for XMonad.Hooks.EwmhDesktops

Properly encode destop names before sending them to X server in 
XMonad.Hooks.EwmhDesktops. XMonadContrib is not buildable without 
utf8-strings with this patch.

Encoding bugs are not limited to spawn functions (-:

Sorry for that it's not darcs patch but I have problems with haddock so 
recording fails.
