Getting LayoutModifier in to core will have its adventages. first, mirror  
could be a
modification a tiling layout and not a rewrite. Second it will be the  
preferred
(recomended) way to create a layout that adds some functionaluty in other  
predefined
layout. This could guide us to a more consistent contrib code.
