[xmonad] normal (rather than greedy) view: disable screen-focus switching?

If you have

  import qualified XMonad.StackSet as W

or something like that at the top of your xmonad.hs (as is common),
then you will need to use W.tag, W.workspace, and so on.  Or, if you
haven't imported XMonad.StackSet at all, you can just add

  import XMonad.StackSet

to the top of your xmonad.hs.
