[xmonad] xmonad and VirtualBox/VNC

Just to clarify, I know I could disable the "automatic keyboard capture" feature of VirtualBox, but that is so useful that I would prefer to solve this on the xmonad side if at all possible. (Furthermore, it wouldn't solve the issue with the VNC client...)
