[xmonad] Using xmonad 0.10 from cabal in Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric

Hi,

I've managed to get this to work by using my .xsession:

I've had a problem using it until I realized I need to stop using lightdm
and switch to some other login manager, like SLiM or even GDM.  Which have
a "custom session" option.
